Shipping policy

At Woke Babies Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer refunds and exchanges under the following terms.

1. Returns & Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original, sellable condition
  • Books and merchandise must be unopened and undamaged

2. Non-Refundable Items

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Digital downloads (including posters and PDFs)
  • Sale items (final clearance items)
  • Gift cards

If an item is faulty or damaged upon arrival, please contact help@wokebabies.com with a photo of the issue.

3. How to Request a Refund or Exchange

You can request a refund in two ways:

  1. Through your account – Log in to your account and request a return.
  2. By email – Contact help@wokebabies.com with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive your request, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within seven working days.

5. Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within seven working days after the returned item is approved.

If you do not see the refund after ten working days, please check with your bank or payment provider.

6. Exchanges

We also allow exchanges if you would prefer to swap an item instead of receiving a refund. Please email help@wokebabies.com with your order number and the item you would like to exchange.

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please email help@wokebabies.com within seven days of receiving your order. We will provide a replacement or refund, including return postage costs for faulty items.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
