Affirmations are positive statements that you say to yourself for self-encouragement and to challenge negative thoughts.
It is easier to learn positive daily habits when we are younger, so that’s why here at Woke Babies affirmations are a big part of what we do. Repeating affirmations can help children to build confidence, self-esteem, and develop a positive sense of self. It can also help alter negative thoughts or worries they may have. Overtime as children develop and grow, their thinking patterns can change so they can approach unpleasant situations in a positive and productive way.
